Wow... what's happening around here? Seems like our little community has turned a little up-side down.

Anyway, news on the 360 front: I'm getting it... at summer. My mother finally changed her mind, but I have to wait for it... well, at least I'm getting it ^^ I've decided to get me MW2, Mass Effect 2 and Borderlands at first and see what it comes to.

Apparantly my accent is awesome.

Jack we NEED to play a game of L4D together. But unforrtunatly I gave it to my friend for a loan. The earliest I can get it back will be at least tuesday. We should have a game that evening if you are free.

Oh yeah. I got a new internet connection and now I am able to play online without massive amounts of lag. Woop

That was fun JAck! I played terrible though, I haven't played the game in ages and I hate playing versus in L4D1 there is far too little choice. Anyway just message me on the forums or on live if you want to play again. Story mode if possibe

Got one today, still not connected to Live though, cause my net is all suddenly completely sucky (have to call the broadband company). But my gamertag = Andrilza, we'll see when I can play online. The online games I currently have are Halo 3, Borderlands and Fable 2.

Well it depends what you are talking about. I thought ODST's story was pretty good. But Halo 3's one was too short and kinda anti-climactic.

But if you are talking multiplayer, ODST's is just Halo 3's with all the map packs included. So it's meh.

The main thing I don't like about Halo 3 is the community in it. It's filled with pre-pubescent 12 year old's shouting down the mic and telling you how you are a noob for killing them.

Another bad thing about Halo 3 is the lack of a cover system. The deathmatches are just one team VS another, running blindly towards their target. The only way you can dodge bullets is by crouching, which just takes about 5 inches off your height. It isn't too effective. I mean if they had brought in a lie down function like in MW2 it would have helped immensly.

TL;DR: Why I don't like Halo 3

Heh, I'm mostly just talking about my first impressions about exact these games, but you bring down some really good points. All this is kinda what makes Halo such different to other shooters, and stupid 12 year olds can you find a lot of in MW2 too anyway
